MidWeek Munchies - Vegan Snack Chip & Sticks!

Today is Wednesday and that means it's the beginning of another MidWeek Munchies week!  So if you have anything vegan to share link up below!  It can be a munchie you made or one you bought!  If you did an online purchase of interesting vegan products, found them locally, or were gifted them!  If you picked some items from your garden or farmers market we would love to see them!  Link up at the end of this post!

For my post, today, I wanted to share a few snack finds that I have grabbed this past week!  This first one is Eatrageous Sweet and Smokey BBQ (sticks)...they were yummers!

Next up are Better Chip Spinach and Kale Whole Grain Chips which were darned tasty!  I also bought the Chipotle flavor, too!  YUM!

BOTH were clearly marked vegan on the bag!  Why aren't all products so simple to identify, eh!?

I made an online purchase yesterday that I might save for next week's MidWeek Munchies.  I also have a pile of posts that I need to finish up!
Everything from recipes, reviews, and much more!  What do you have up your sleeve as of late?

MWM (MidWeek Munchies) & The Winner Is...

It's MWM Time!  That's right...MidWeek Munchies!  But first I would like to say CONGRATS to the winner of the Chocolate Raw Meal from Garden of Life!  The winner is...Katherine!

CONGRATS!  I dropped you an email - if you would like to send me a response with your info I will let GoL know and they will send you your prize!

Now here are some of the goodies I would like to share this week for MidWeek Munchies!  Remember...you can link up anything VEGAN!  Whether it's a farmer's market or grocery store haul, online purchase, something that someone gifted you, a new vegan product find, vegan munchies that you made at home this week, or a edible vegan product review!  Let's see them!

I've blogged before about a few things I have tried from Awesome Foods and I am waiting on some more of their items to arrive including Herb Flax Crackers, Zesty Tomato Flax Crackers, Quinoa Crackers, and Poppadom Chips.  Also on my list to receive this week in the mail are raw almonds, Dark Agave Syrup, a few organic pastas, some Maple & Cinnamon Flax Snackers from Foods Alive, from Alive & Radiant 3 different types of Kale Chips that I have had before and LOVED, and from Living Nutz Pesto Walnuts, Mayan Chili Pistachios, and Vanilla Bean Coconut Creme Walnuts.

I've finally pulled the trigger on all 4 Atlantic Seaweeds, too!  There is Dulse, Kelp, Wakame, and Sweet Kelp!  I would like to start incorporating more of these in my dishes.  I'm assuming I will use them more as a crumble for a more savory flavor in things.

Question of the day:

What are some non-traditional ways you use these seaweeds?

Now it's YOUR Turn...show me what you have for this week's MidWeek Munchies by linking up below!

Halloween YoFo Link-Up! (Natural Dye With Tea)

I’m so excited to share this Vegan YoFo HALLOWEEN EDITION Linkup with you today!

What is VeganYoFo? A few of us put together a group of VeganMoFo participants who wanted to keep in touch throughout the year. , We've named our community VeganYoFo (Year Of Food). We will be holding regular themed linkups like this one throughout the year!

I will be doing several posts that I can link up with. Today I thought I would dig into my crafting archives and tell you about a VEGAN way to naturally color and dye things for paper crafts.

YUP! That's right! We are using TEA for this project.

Depending on what you are doing you can use loose leaf and use the infused tea water and/or you can use tea bags!

Here's a photo of me using paper in tea water and letting it dry!

I decided to also try this for a tag and/or bookmark! It worked well!

Here's the finished product.

I also used it to shade in certain parts of this image! The sleeve and the candle! If you would like more step-by-step instructions my original post is still active on my old blog and can be found HERE. Yes...this is from 2011 but still is a great way to incorporate tea into your crafts and play around with natural colorings and dyes.

NOW...let's see your VEGAN related Halloween Posts!
