Vegan Aldi Finds! Plant Based Dips & Tofu!

Just another quick post today!  I just HAD to share what I found at my local ALDI this week!  3 Plant Based Dips from Good Foods!  I doubled checked to make sure they are also vegan because I have seen some items that will say Plant Based but still have dairy or even meat in them!  YIKES!

First up is this Queso Dip!  It's WONDERFUL!  I already finished the whole container!  Oops!  Guess I will just have to get more!  The base is a cauliflower and almond combo alongside some other wholesome ingredients - including Chia Protein!  I was checking out their website and I see they have a BUFFALO flavor, too!  I MUST get my hands on that!

Before I get to the other 2 dips I found and bought the other day I thought I would insert the TOFU here!  I finally found the ALDI Tofu!  I haven't tried it YET but here is what it looks like!  It's already baked and Teriyaki flavor!  I can't wait to try it!

I have noticed a lot of the vegan items I have found locally I can't find again.  The Vegan Cream Cheese and Shreds and a few of the vegan burgers have been pretty consistent but I can't find the ice cream anymore or a lot of the other burgers or vegan chick'n alternatives.

Here is the Creamy Cilantro!  I haven't opened it yet but it sounds and looks wonderful!  This one has both cashews and almonds in the base with the cauliflower and chia protein!

As I continue to look at that website I noticed they have a Tzatziki too!  OMG!  A Vegan Tzatziki!  Yes, please!  I have to find that one, too!

And here is the 3rd one I grabbed!  This one was pretty good.  It threw me for a loop a bit because there was 'bits' of something in there...it wasn't as smooth as the queso!  I think it was the minced garlic and/or the almond bits.  The taste was good, tho!  I might put it thru my blender again! LOL

Aldi is REALLY stepping up their game!!!  YAY!

LOTS of Vegan Finds, Volunteering, Family & Friends!

Continuing with my updates - I'm jumping right in with the 6X6 Photo Splashes!  Hope you don't mind!  Many of these photos are from quite a while ago but I thought they were still worth a mention!  This past summer we spent a lot of time at the fairgrounds.  It seems each year we spend more and more time there.  Each weekend.  Many evenings!  Starting in Mid April and going thru Mid October!  We did a LOT of potlucks and community dinners.  It really does feel like a Commune down there at times - that is the part I like!  PLUS...I can share some vegan dishes that non-vegans seem to enjoy!  As you can see I was rocking the Florida Crystals this year!  It's a nicely labeled vegan sugar!

I did get a few of the Grainful meals for the camper freezer.  They came in pretty handy.

I made a lot of Tomato Salads...Tomato and Onion...Tomato, Onion, Cucumber...Tomato, Onion, Sweet Pepper...you name it!

The photo on the bottom-center was a few of us doing Voter Registration at a local high school.  The League of Women Voters always partner-up with the official Voter Registration Guru at our local courthouse!

And then you can see some more propagation experiments with that last photo!

A while back I noticed that our local Walmart started carrying more Sweet Earth products INCLUDING the Veggie Lovers Pizza!  I have to say this is a WONDERFUL Vegan Freezer Pizza, folks!  I can't wait to grab another one!  It was SO flavorful and I LOVED that it had 2 sauces on it!  YUM!

In the fall I did try and take more photos around town and you can see one of them with the railroad/bridge in the center.  Another thing I tried to get back into was Meditation.  I'm still trying with that!

I think I fell back on TOO MANY Vegan Mac & Cheeses this past fall - including the one you see here.  I do remember that one being a squash base and it turned YUMMY!

I also found some more Enjoy Life snacks at Tops.  Maple Sweet Potato?  I just HAD to!  Glad I did, too, they were tasty!

Here you can see a photo of my wonderfully adorable niece Trinity!  More photos of her to follow - because she's too cute - NOT to brag about, eh?

Another silly selfie on IG with a filter that gave me eyelashes.

Another photo from the fairgrounds from this past fall when we started seeing mushrooms popping up everywhere!  I just LOVED the colors!

The two photos on the bottom of 'this 6' on the right and on the left were from the Annual United Fund Kickoff!  Some places have the United Way and we have United Fund here.  It's pretty much the same idea...local charities and fundraising each year.  This is the 2nd year I was the Slowest Potato Peeler.  Now it's going to be 'a thing' and I will have to make fun of myself and it from now on!   It's all in good fun, tho!

The one in the center-bottom was the first of many Free The Girls IG posts!  More on that in coming posts but in short...it's a new service project for our local Zonta Club.  We have an ongoing drop off location for new and gently used bras for Free The Girls - based in Indiana - and they help survivors of trafficking start their own retail business in their own communities!  The 3 countries they have programs in currently are Mozambique, El Salvador, and Costa Rica!

In a RARE Day Off this past fall...I met up with my parents, sister, and Miss Trinity for a trip to Erie.  We found this artist and sculpture guy who reused and recycled items and placed them in his front yard as works of art - and BOY - were they!  It's FREE to visit!  Here you can see 6 photos of the outing!

Of course Trinity has to have unicorn stuff because I'm her aunt!  There was a car that was made into a spider...they often light that up with each season.  There was a 'dude' they dressed up like a Pirate for Halloween.  A wasp.  A 2-headed Dinosaur.  And a Flag Wall made out of License Plates!

Total Evolution in Warren now carries Earth Below Kombucha which is locally brewed in Emporium, PA, and I have to say I have enjoyed each flavor I have tried so far!  I can't wait to try more!  They have a tap installed at Total Evolution!  Woot!

Here you can see more about FTG (Free The Girls) and another Zonta Club post!  I will be blogging about many of our service projects soon!

I was telling you how I was trying to get more and more into plants!  Well, I started my parents in on a few, too!  You can see their green and pink one is doing better than mine!

I was able to find another BOOCH at Whole Foods Co-Op in Erie a while back, too!

Oh yeah...and a skeleton dressed up like a clown in a coffin from the Auto Art place in Erie is above, too!

More teasers, here, but I told you we took a trip to Indiana!  I will be posting more about that soon - PROMISE!

Trinity is pictured above in one of the first FORTS we made!  She LOVES them!  And BOY do we make some good ones!

Also this past fall I really needed to do some reflection so I went over to Kinzua Dam and took some photos!

I know I was telling you a while back about the new vegan line at ALDI well here is another Salad Dressing I found!  It was VERY GOOD!  It was a Tahini Goddess!

In the center on the bottom, you will see a group of people eating!  This was our 3rd gathering for the group we welcome from Erie from the Multicultural Resource Center.  We finally have a name for our group!  Welcome To Warren County Committee!

This Refugee group was 9 to 13-year-olds and they were so fun!  I was so excited to spend more time with them this time around!  They were Refugees from Syria, Eritea, Ukraine and a few adults from Ukraine, Bhutan, and Kyrgyzstan.

And just to finish up a few random catch-ups...the 3 top photos here are from our League of Women Voters Annual Membership Meeting in the fall.  We went to a small local museum that I had not been to but was glad I did go!  It was a neat place.

Then another photo of my parents plant I started them on, one of the photos from our Indiana road trip, and a random photo from a live remote broadcast prior to us leaving for our trip.

3 New-To-Me Products I've Enjoyed Lately

I still have LOTS to catch up on but wanted to hurry up and post about 3 products that I have enjoyed lately.

The first being this Organic Cranberry Spiced Apple Kombucha from Trader Joe's in Rochester.

It was pretty strong for a nice kick in the pants! BAM!

Next up...

So Delicious Cheddar Shreds!  Yes!  So Delicious!  I found them at the Whole Foods Market in Buffalo!  And OMG I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE it!  It smells more cheddary than anything else I have ever smelled vegan-cheese-wise.  There is more of a TANG to it than other vegan cheeses, too!  I do LOVE Daiya Shreds - but - dare I say I enjoy THESE shreds more?  Possibly.  I'm upset that I only bought 1 bag because I know I won't be able to find any anywhere near me.  I've been Googling this and any online announcements only date back to mid-August and Mid September so this HAS to be a NEW product!

And speaking of Daiya...OMG...I'm in LOVE with their new Alfredo Sauce!  This is so creamy and so rich and so YUM!  I found it at Wegman's in Lakewood a few months ago and just got rid of the box last week because I was going thru my kitchen and pitching it.  It's not unusual for me to keep a label or box of something I enjoy to remind myself to pick it up again the next time I see it but I will NOT be forgetting about this little gem anytime soon so I figured it was safe to part ways with the box!

QUESTION OF THE DAY...what are the last 3 new-to-you-productions that have been memorable for you?

LOVE Your Gut!

Some of you know that I have struggled with digestion issues my whole life.  Even when I was Lacto (and Lacto-ovo) Veg it was still terrible.  Since going Vegan my life has changed and I don't hate my digestion - it's now my friend!  When I see companies like Genuine Health that happen to offer vegan products I smile.  When they focus on digestion I do an extra little snoopy-dance.  Add in their product being fermented (and protein) I just might bust out the Running Man!

Last week I mentioned my first experience with their Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor of their Fermented Vegan Protein Bars and today I'm blogging about their Dark Chocolate Almond Flavor.  I enjoyed both.  I noticed they had two other flavors that I would love to try some day, too!  They are Double Chocolate Chip AND Lemon Coconut!!!!  YUMMO!  Yes, I did receive these bars FREE from Genuine Health.  But you know how I LOVE LOVE LOVE spreading the news about a new-to-me Vegan Product so I wanted to make sure I posted it and SOON since I just had it for breakfast this morning!  I was pretty hungry and you know what?  It was SO FILLING!!!  I noticed that they are available on many of the sites I visit for Vegan Products!  Check out their WHERE TO BUY Section!

Since there was some interest and feedback on my last post I have contacted the company about doing a giveaway here on my blog!  They said YES!  Keep your eyes PEELED because I hope to have this giveaway for one of their bars within the next week!

Vegan? Fermented? Proteins? Yes...Yes...and YES!

I just recently learned about this company called Genuine Health and I have to say so far I'm darn impressed!  Genuine Health sent me this Fermented Vegan Proteins+ Peanut Butter Chocolate bar for free to try and I knew after 1 bite I had to share it with the rest of you!

Here - in short - is what really sparked by interest:

12 delicious bars per box
15g of fermented protein on-the-go
No Bloating!
Promotion of overall digestive health
Priming of gut for optimum absorption
Amplification of vitamin, mineral & amino acid nutritional value
Immune system support
VEGAN
NON-GMO
Gluten-Free
Soy Free
15 grams of protein

Personally - I'm more interested in digestive health than how much protein is in something but I know there is a market for both.

This bar was darn tasty!  The first one I tried was the Peanut Butter Chocolate but I do have the Dark Chocolate Almond one to still try!  I'm looking forward to it but I'm saving it for another day!

Have you heard of this company or have you seen their products online or in stores?  Let me know where in comments!  Also let me know if this product is something you might like to try!

In the meantime if you would like to purchase these bars online click HERE!

Something else I found instantly interesting about this company was the CEO...

With the help of a naturopathic doctor, Stewart overcame chronic migraines and improved his overall health by changing his diet and adding all-natural supplements. Since then, he's been committed to helping others achieve optimum health.

Since daily migraines were the main reason I first went vegetarian when I was 15 I could total relate!  I can't wait to learn more about this company and try more of their vegan offerings!

No Nut - No Oil - No Salt Vegan Mac & Cheese & a Few Sunday Buys!

I've had a few people contact me about the many cheesy dips, sauces, etc I have been posting lately and ask for ones without nuts or oils or salt.  HERE is one of those recipes!  I introduce you to the No Nut - No Oil - No Salt Vegan Mac & Cheese Sauce I put on my last rough of elbow mac!

Recipe:

1 C Sunflower Seeds, Soaked
2.5 C Water
1 Large Carrot
1/2 T Minced Garlic
2 T Tomato Paste
1/4 C Nutritional Yeast
1 T Lemon Juice
1 T Flour (I used Bob Red Mill's Gluten Free All-Purpose)
Squirt Yellow Mustard
2 T Bragg's Liquid Amino's
1/2 tea Turmeric

I really liked the way this one turned out!  I think the difference being I soaked the sunflower seeds and the addition of the squirt of mustard and the amount of Animo's!  The 'saltiness' comes from the amino's so there isn't any added salt but there is still sodium.  Of course I sprinkled Smoked Paprika on top.  I have been getting a few questions about that lately, too!  YES...I'm a bit addicted to Smoked Paprika lately but there are some other reasons I am adding it to a lot of my stuff.  One of these days I will share that info with you!

I was in Wegmans TWICE in TWO days!  That is rare.  What is even more rare is that I bought very little for myself when I did go there.  Here is one of the things that I did pick up.  This is my first time trying this vegan Tofurky pizza.  It was ok.  I'm not much of a fake meat person but I wanted to try it.  It wasn't bad but I have had others I enjoy more.  I think that if it just had the pesto sauce and veggies with a little more vegan cheese it would have been more my speed.  I eat very little fake meats...I'm just not usually interested in them.  I never liked real meat so why would I like fake meat?

I have yet to try these but I have to say I'm HELLA EXCITED!!!!  In the freezer section side-by-side were these 'bad boys'.  One was Carrot & Potato 'French Fries' and the other is Broccoli & Potato 'French Fries'.  I'm looking forward to the flavor of them stand alone and then I will probably come up with dipping sauces for them, too!  I will surely keep you posted!  They are Gluten Free, Vegan, and Non-GMO!

A Few Days Off, MWM, Inductees

I took a few days off from work!  I needed it!  I was getting burned out!  Hubby and I were able to spend some time on the road with our Abarth!  I slacked on photos except for when it came to Monday when we went to Cleveland.  More on that later in this post and a near future post.

We were able to visit Mad Mex in Erie on the way home and I opted for the Veggie Enchilada which was easily veganized by asking for vegan cheese and sour cream!  It was so YUMMY but not photo friendly so sorry for teasing you!  Here's a snapshot of the guacamole, tho!  I'm LOVING the GREEN theme in this photo!  I want those green plates, too!  'Just sayin".

While in Erie we stopped by the Whole Foods Co-Op.  It's been a while since my last visit.  And I had to restrain myself because I didn't want to spend a lot of money this trip.  I was very pleased with the visit because they are consistently upgrading EVERYTHING in the store!  I'm so happy they are doing so well!  I know someone who is reading this who used to live in Erie and who's cat loves Daiya would be thrilled to see the upgrades!  (hint, hint!)

I'm also happy to see so many new products there!  I grabbed Daiya Slices because they were $1.20 cheaper than Chao Slices.  I still haven't seen the Daiya Gouda and it's driving me CRAZY!  Since finding the last Jackfruit product I posted about I am compelled to buy additional Jackfruit products when I see them.  They had a growing Upton Naturals section and I decided to grab the Jackfruit BBQ.  I noticed Victoria Vegan has new labels and new offerings, too!  When I saw they have an Alfredo Artichoke I couldn't resist! That was my splurge as VV is quite expensive.  You can see the Earth Balance in the right hand corner, too!  Hubby has now converted to EB.  He really likes it!  No...is isn't veg and he never will be but EB he actually likes.  So now it's the only 'butter' found in our (mixed diet) frig.  The Whole Foods Co-Op is the only place I'm able to actually pick up issues of VegNews, too, so I jumped on it.
One of these days I will actually subscribe!  Of course I have been saying that for YEARS!

Here is my first MWM Post of the Week!  Remember to keep reading and link up below to participate!  You can link up as much as you want thru Tuesday!  It can be anything VEGAN...product reviews, grocery store visits, online purchases, produce stands and farmers market hauls, recipes, etc!  LINK UP at the bottom of this post!

I won't post photos in this post from our Monday trip to the RnR HoF but it will be very soon!

YUP!  We dropped by the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame!  Just days before this years induction.  They were getting ready for the festivities!  More on that in a future post!

It's LINK UP Time!!!!  We would LOVE for you to join us during this week's MWM (MidWeek Munchies!)

Vegan Kale Burgers at ALDI

This isn't a great photo but I'm pairing it with some pretty awesome finds!  Last week I found 2 vegan burgers that my local ALDI is now carrying!  One was simply called the Vegan Vegetable Burger and the other was a Spicy Black Bean Burger that did NOT contain animal ingredients in it.  This past weekend I spotted yet ANOTHER vegan option that they are now carrying.  This one is a Kale Burger and it is clearly marked VEGAN.  YAY...Aldi!

I topped it with a Vegan Mayo I made myself at home and a squirt of Sweet & Tangy Peach Haberno Sauce I found at another local shop that just so happens to be vegan, too!

Here's the recipe for the Vegan Mayo:

2 Avocados
1 T Balsamic Vinegar
1 T Lemon Juice (maybe more to taste)
1/4 t Garlic Powder
1/4 t Onion Powder
Black Himalayan Sea Salt to taste

REMEMBER...MidWeek Munchies is BACK!  Join in!  Link up below with ANYTHING Vegan...grocery hauls, product reviews, farmers market trips, recipes, restaurant reviews, newly found websites or blogs...YOU CHOOSE...you LINK up!  YOU ROCK!

Vegan 'Meaty' Stew?

I have to admit this sort of freaked me out!  Even my mother said it looked like 'meat' you would put in a stew.  It's not.  It's actually Jackfruit!

My mother is not a vegetarian and she sampled a little bit of this Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Jackfruit and thought it tasted like meat, too!

Normally I am not a fan of meat alternatives or fake meats but I think because this is straight up fruit based it seemed to be better than a lot of the others you see on the market.

It came as a packet that you could heat and serve and I just added carrots to it and poured it over pasta.

Here's a photo of the package!  It's from the Jackfruit Company.  It's Nut-Free, Dairy-Free, and Vegan.  It's the Sesame Ginger flavor.

Overall it was a very impressive product.  I don't think it's something that I would eat everyday as it was a little more salty than I like...but it had a good flavor.

The reason I bought it was purely because of the Jackfruit!  It's rare to find Jackfruit anything around me!  I've only ever had Jackfruit flavored things and have also had dried Jackfruit that I bought from The Raw Food World.  This was a nice change and certainly gave me some ideas as to what to do with it if I can find some down the road.  Other ideas that I am drawn to are Jackfruit Tacos and Jackfruit Sandwiches (instead of Pulled Pork Sandwiches), for example.

MidWeek Munchies - Vegan Snack Chip & Sticks!

Today is Wednesday and that means it's the beginning of another MidWeek Munchies week!  So if you have anything vegan to share link up below!  It can be a munchie you made or one you bought!  If you did an online purchase of interesting vegan products, found them locally, or were gifted them!  If you picked some items from your garden or farmers market we would love to see them!  Link up at the end of this post!

For my post, today, I wanted to share a few snack finds that I have grabbed this past week!  This first one is Eatrageous Sweet and Smokey BBQ (sticks)...they were yummers!

Next up are Better Chip Spinach and Kale Whole Grain Chips which were darned tasty!  I also bought the Chipotle flavor, too!  YUM!

BOTH were clearly marked vegan on the bag!  Why aren't all products so simple to identify, eh!?

I made an online purchase yesterday that I might save for next week's MidWeek Munchies.  I also have a pile of posts that I need to finish up!
Everything from recipes, reviews, and much more!  What do you have up your sleeve as of late?

Daiya Fire Roasted Vegetable Pizza

As you know - Today is Wednesday - and that means it's time for MidWeek Munchies! I hope you will participate! This is actually my 2nd post of the day and 2nd post of this weeks' MWM.  CLICK HERE to check out the first post AND to LINK UP to this weeks MWM!  If you have anything VEGAN you would like to share and link up with we welcome you and your posts! It can be a grocery store haul, garden or farmers market trip, online purchase, or anything you made and munched on that happens to be vegan!

Eventho I didn't do much grocery shopping this past week I did run into Wegman's in Lakewood, NY, and picked up this vegan pizza!  I'm sure many of you have already tried this offering from Daiya but it's a first for me.  I have tried a few of their other vegan pizzas but it seems this one really spoke to me.

I think it had something to do with me wondering why veggie vegan frozen pizzas tend to skimp on the veggies!  This one didn't.  It didn't disappoint!  It had a good amount of veggies on top of the vegan cheese and it what exactly what I was looking for!  In addition - the sauce was 'kick ass', too!

I hope Daiya continues to come out with additional products quickly!  I would love to try them!

MidWeek Munchies ~ FINALLY Found Daiya Cheesecake!

It's the middle of the week - that means it's time for a NEW MidWeek Munchies Link Up!  Keep reading to participate!  If you noticed MidWeek Munchies on some of your fellow veggie heads blogs last week and wonder how to jump in and have some fun with us NOW is the time!  All you have to do is blog about your Vegan Hauls, Vegan Finds, Vegan Farmers Market Trips, Vegan Online Purchases...you name it, you blog about it, you link up!  It's that easy!  My week this week isn't overly exciting as a whole BUT I am super excited about one of the finds I located after MONTHS of searching!

YUP!  Daiya New York Cheesecake!  I FINALLY found it!  But I haven't tried it yet!  I always LOVED cheese cake if just didn't like me!  So when I hear about vegan cheese cakes I MUST look into them!

For produce this week it's been slim pickin's.  I did grab: sweet onion, lettuce (both bagged and head lettuce), canned pineapple, and San Marzano Tomatoes FRESH!

I still have some produce left over from last week but not much.

As far as convenience items are concerned I did stock up a bit on McDougall's Soups!  It's been a LONG time since I have done that.

I have tried all of the ones I can find locally before but I try and grab them when they are on sale.  While they were NOT on sale this time I wanted to get some lunch items for the next few weeks and they seemed to fit the bill.  Even if they were around $1.79 each that's a heck of a lot better than the 8 to 10 bucks of buying something around town.

Hubby wanted tacos on Sunday so that's something that we can eat together but have out own versions of if you know what I mean.  Therefore...I also purchased Tofutti Sour Cream (I honestly couldn't tell you the last time I bought this so it was a treat), Daiya Cheddar Shreds, Corn Shells, Lemon Juice (I was completely out!  And the fresh lemons didn't look great!  Oh No!), Taco Sauce, and White Rice.  Now it's YOUR TURN!  What's on your Vegan MidWeek Munchies List?

Vegan MoFo ~ Bonus Items!

Today's Vegan MoFo prompt is..."What 3 endless food supplies would you take if you were going to be stranded on an island?  Imagine your nutritional needs have been met - these are a bonus'.

Well, this one really has me stumped because nearly everything I initially came up with were fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, grains, etc.  The only thing I could come up with would be luxury items or supplies of packaged items, I guess.  But before I get to those I thought I would talk about a few things that could probably be on the fringe.  I mean...Nutritional Yeast!  But...since all my nutritional needs have been met I would assume that would also include Nutritional Yeast, right?  B Vitamins and all!

And another one would be Grapeseed Oil.  Sure I could take a variety of over 30 grapes and cold press the seeds on the island but it would be pretty difficult.  The other oils would be more accessible and easier to put into oil form such as coconut oil, avocado oil, etc.  Since I showed a picture of Wildtree Grapeseed Oil I figured that would be a good segue into my actual 3 items that I would choose.  Instead of doing 3 individual items I have chosen 3 endless supplies of items from the following companies.

I know that is kind of cheating - but oh well!  The Vegan items from Wildtree would be on that list.  And I would probably say Earth Balance would have to be in there, too!  They are coming up with some pretty good products.  The 3rd company that I would have endless supplies of their products would be Daiya.  Where I live they have only scratched the surface of their offerings so I think by living on an island with an endless supply would certainly be a step up!

Sure I know I could MAKE my own vegan cheeses on the island from the ingredients already there but sometimes I just like the convenience of these items, ya know?

Oh...I almost forgot to mention BALSAMIC VINEGAR!  Sure I like just about any type of vinegar but Balsamic is in a class of it's own...and HEY, guess what?  Wildtree has various Balsamic Vinegar products, LUCKY ME!

And on MY island...

Daiya is the distributor of Chao!  So...I'm clustering in Chao Vegan Cheeses with Daiya Vegan Products!

It's my dream world and Island, right, so I can do anything I want...haha!

I know - I know...I cheated!  This was a HARD prompt but it ended up being a FUN one, too!

Happy Mail This Week!

I'm super excited about the goodies that came in the mail both yesterday and today!  I got my latest shipment from The Raw Food World!  Check out the NEW Foods Alive Salad Dressings!  Woot!  I've had the Garlic Paprika before and LOVED it!  I can't wait to try the others on salads SOON!  I already sampled them by themselves and they are great!

Yes!  I was plum out of Nutritional Yeast which rarely ever happens!  Well, it did this time - so I stocked up on some!  I grabbed 3 of them!  I have also been sharing some of my nut butters while out with our Wildtree stuff on weekends at festivals and I usually bring my own food for snacking!  Well, I have a few others HOOKED on these Jem Organics Nut Butters so I got one of the Red Maca's for a friend and another for my sister as well as the Superberry Maqui Camu.

Also in that 2nd pic you will see Hemp Oil I got for another friend who has MS she's been taking it for pain and some Agave Powder jut because I was interested it working with it PLUS some Valerian Powder that I wanted to start using in evening tonics to help with sounder sleep.

In this next photo you will see I grabbed some Pineapple and Apricots!  The Pineapple is for a co-worker and I thought I would try using the apricots in dressings sauces, smoothies, and such.  Plus they all make great desk snacks to have at work or while on the run!

And speaking of snacks for work or on the go - check these bad-boys out!  Jumbo Figs!  A few Pro-Biotic Nuts, and even some Pili Nuts, too!  I hope to start working with Pili Nuts in the near future so be on the look out for that!

Then I FINALLY broke down and purchased some Purple Corn Flour.  TannyRaw was the one who pushed me over the edge on it.  It really contributes to the color and also can work as a thickener!  I have been in to TannyRaw's YouTube Channel the last couple of months!  I like her personality and positive outlook!

I've also been into Lisa Montgomery's books more lately, too, I have found myself referring back to them often so I decided to check out a few more of the ones she has her name on.

The Liquid Raw I can see myself using often I glanced thru nearly the whole thing last night already!  I'm thinking the Potluck one will come in handy, too!

And I will have to check out the Raw Challenge one when I am able to, too!

I have been interested in other detox books and some others from David Wolfe and I will keep you posted on that progress, as well!

There were a few things that were on back order from my last order that I got in the mail too!  2 Foods Alive Flavored Flax Crackers - I have had them before and LOVED them - they were on sale when I tried to purchase them before!

Then I got HOOKED on the Sprouted Trail Mix - Pineapple - but it has just the right amount of spice, too!  YUM!  And I have tried the other breakfast crusts before as you see in front in the last photo but not the Spirulina ones, yet, so I wanted to include those with that last order, too!
