Sleep & Music

The last couple of weeks I have been experimenting with different sleeping habits.  One in particular was the addition of listening to music while I sleep.

I have found that this is helping me get to sleep, get better sleep, and when I wake up - it seems like I can get back to sleep quicker.

I guess in a way I'm pairing this with meditation at the end of the day, too.  So I'm able to achieve 2 daily goals with 1 action.

Where am I finding 8-hours of Meditative Sleep Music?  YouTube.  You can even type in what kind of sleep music.  HERE I typed in for Fibromyalgia.

  2. How cool! It's funny, I was thinking about trying some white noise for bed time too. I like to have something on to help me get to sleep but usually it ends up keeping me awake. I will have to check out Youtube!

  3. That's great that it's been working for you! :) My alarm clock has nature sounds on it, so I listen to "rain" at night.

    1. I've noticed Piano Music keeps me awake so it has to be more meditative in nature. That's cool that your alarm clock has natures sounds!!!

  4. Very interesting and I'm glad it's working out. I will look into this and have a few great meditation and spa music albums I listen to at work.
