It's Not Really My Meal Plan - But a Meal HOPE

...On a TUESDAY...

It's near impossible for me to stick to a meal plan...it REALLY is!  I never know one day to the next what will happen with my schedule or what I might have in the house OR what my husband will eat.  Our diets are very VERY different.

So this is more of a Meal Plan HOPE that I have for this week.

Monday:
Breakfast: Cinnamon Raisin Granola
Lunch: Cashew Cheese/Spread & Wheat Crackers
Dinner: Amy's Kitchen Vegan Cheese Pizza

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Sprouted Tofu/Spinach/Salsa Scramble
Lunch: Cinnamon Raisin Granola
Dinner: TBA Casserole, Mandarin Oranges

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Cinnamon Raisin Granola, MAYBE Apples
Lunch: Sprouted Tofu/Spinach/Salsa Scramble (MAYBE in a Wrap or Pita)
Dinner: Vegan Mac & Cheese, Nachos, Salsa

Thursday:
Breakfast: Mango Chia Smoothie
Lunch: Granola with Mandarin Oranges
Dinner: TBA Rice Dish/Casserole

Friday:
Breakfast: Mandarin Oranges
Lunch: Rice Dish Left Overs
Dinner: Large Salad - Toppings TBA

Saturday:
Breakfast: Bagel with Earth Balance & Nutritional Yeast Sprinkle
Lunch: Lettuce/Tomato/Onion/Cracked Wheat Sandwich
Dinner: TBA - Eating Out - Probably LARGE Salad

Sunday:
Breakfast: Bagel with Earth Balance & Nutritional Yeast Sprinkle
Lunch: TBA (Salad or Sandwich)
Dinner: Unknown.
