Yoga Vibes

YEARS ago when I first stared this blog I had to go with a name because the one I wanted was already taken.  When that happened I wanted to use this blog to be more accountable to myself with my yoga practice.  I have never nor will I ever claim to be a yoga expert.  I just do it to do it.  I do it for me.  I need to get back into it.  I've said that often over the past couple of years.  Perhaps this will make me more accountable but as you can see my blog has grown and is much more than yoga.  Yoga has very little to do with this blog any more and I would like to change that.  I will start incorporating more yoga related posts but will certainly keep my vegan based recipes as the core.

Having said that I recently came across Yoga Vibes and their FREE Video Section on their website.  I'm exciting to start in with some of these.  I know it sounds weird but I will also start doing more yoga during the work day.  I found THIS was a good place to start again.  But I'm considering bringing my mat in, too.  Time will tell if I actually do that.  Question of the day: What are some of your favorite FREE Yoga Sites and Videos?

  1. I started out doing Rodney Yee videos by Gaim, now I love Fightmaster yoga, and Yoga with Adrienne both on YouTube. I also recently discovered Yoga by Candace also on YouTube. YouTube has some amazing yoga instructors. I will be checking out this website for sure! Good luck!

  3. I have a mixed relationship with yoga, sometimes I like it and other times it's just not a priority. I've heard so many people gush about how amazing it is, but I've never been drawn into doing it regularly for some reason. Very interested on this journey of yours!

  4. Maybe you will inspire me to find my inner yogi! Try as I might, I don't really enjoy yoga. I want to! But it's not my thing. Maybe trying free yoga videos will help! The cost of yoga classes is really expensive - free is good =)
The only free online yoga videos I have come across are under the Fitness section of Toneitup.com (gotta love those toneitup girls!)

    1. I go in spurts. I used to love the actual class I did YEARS ago but it moved and YES they can get expensive if you do them long term. FREE IS GOOD and I think I will be sticking with that! I will check out the ToneItUp you mentioned! Thanks!
