This is one of Emeril's many restaurants in Vegas. It's taken outside of the Stadium on the strip. I loved that it had water inbetween the seating and the walkway.
We didn't eat there but it looked awesome atmosphere-wise and a very good photo-op!

I would think the water would help to bring some quietness to the outdoor diners from the hustle and bustle of the Strip.
