Emeril's Stadium

This is one of Emeril's many restaurants in Vegas.  It's taken outside of the Stadium on the strip.  I loved that it had water inbetween the seating and the walkway.

We didn't eat there but it looked awesome atmosphere-wise and a very good photo-op!

Waterfalls Inside & Out - Las Vegas

 One of my favorite things?  Waterfalls!  Another one of my favorites?  Las Vegas!  So I am posting about BOTH of them here.  Above is a pic of one of the displays inside the Bellagio.  I posted about that the last few days, too!  So if you want to see more of the Bellagio pics scroll down.  They had a Waterfall Inside among the flowers displays.

And here I am outside of the Flamingo at their Waterfall area.  It's been about 10 months since our last visit.  And I've lost about 30 pound since this pic was taken.

 This was a little Cafe/Coffee/Java Nook in Vegas we found on our 4th trip to the strip last year.  And many of you know I LOVE anything TEA.  I thought this was TOO COOL to pass up a Photo Op on!

Remembering Vegas Veggie Food

 I wish I lived in Vegas for the weather, the eye candy, and the food options.  Yes, the above has Feta Cheese on it.  I took this pic last year before deleting dairy from my diet (completely).  It's easy enough to omit, tho!  This was AMAZING and it was my dish over at Red Velvet Cafe that has TONS of Vegetarian and Vegan options.

And this is the Vegetarian Samosa's over at Queen Victoria Pub inside the Riv.  Again, just omit the Dip in the corner :)

I have been thinking about my last trip a lot lately - probably because it's so cold here, now, and I'm stir crazy.

Vegas Landscape Shadows

Las Vegas is one of my my favorite places on Earth (and I'm NOT a gambler!)

This was taken within the gardens and landscape of Cesar's Palace this past March.  That marked our 4th trip out there.  Going back thru some old photos I came across this one and thought it was perfect for the Shadow Shot Meme.
