Flatbread & Crunk
There has been a lot going on lately and I'm still not ready to talk about it. But adding this book to my collection helped put a smile on my face!
I told Bianca I was a 'bad blogging buddy' because I'm only NOW getting her book! LOL!
I'm about 'as Yankee as you can get' but I can't wait to jump into some of these recipes! If you have this book already please tell me some of your faves in comments!
My frig and freezer are looking pretty bare these days. I guess it's good because I have been eating what I'm buying but then when I am hungry and too lazy to shop I don't really have much to go on that is in-house.
What is one of the most crazy vegan meals you have eaten over the last few months because you have been too lazy or not able to go to the store?

Cooking can put a smile on one's face too especially when it turns out great.ReplyDelete
That's true! I just need to get in the kitchen and cooking again! LOLDelete
always good when something puts a smile on your face :)ReplyDelete
The more smiles the merrier!Delete
Baked beans with oven chips! Plus avocado. The other day when I was feeling ill.ReplyDelete
I'd try that combo!Delete
Looking forward to seeing what you make from Cookin' Crunk! The "Vegan Harvest" pizza is a new fave, and I agree about the bruschetta one -- I added vegan cheese shreds when we tried it, and even then it wasn't that great.ReplyDelete
Glad I'm not the only one who felt that way!Delete
So glad this book has been a fun adventure, I need to check it out! I've been making odd sautes with canned beans, pastas, etc. to use up pantry stuff since I've been too busy/lazy to get to the store this week.ReplyDelete
I LOVE 'odd' sautes! And thrown together meals! I just posted about another book you might like - that is - unless you already have it!Delete
I eat from my cupboard and fridge all the time - I'm down to a half a cauliflower, carrots and purple cabbage so I think it might be time to go to the store!ReplyDelete
I would love to know what dishes/meals you made with those 3 items!Delete
I love that book! I've posted about what I have made a couple of times here: http://kittensgonelentil.blogspot.com.au/search/label/cookin%27%20crunkReplyDelete
I look forward to seeing what you make from it.
Thanks for the link! I will check out those posts!Delete
