    Wow, I swear I learn about some of the most interesting supplements, and herbs and such from this blog! It sounds like this might be good for people who get nauseous from iron pills.

    I've tried their vitamin D spray and I like that a lot.

      I actually like the chewables more than the spray because it's oily.
