    I just recently found out that most vitamin D isn't vegan! Bummer! So I will be needing to get some new supplements soon.

      I didn't realize that a few years ago either! Eeeek! This D3 isn't as tasty as their B12 but it's still alright! I think it's because of the oily texture. BUT...this d3 is Sunflower Oil based :)

    Good morning! I have taken a D3 supplement before in the form of a pill. I'be had eight foot surgeries in the past three years so D3 was definitely on my list of medications and supplements. It was strongly recommended to help my bones. I've never tried any of the sprays. I think that would make the whole supplement process much more delicious!

      I have to admit I am not a consistent taker of the supplements but I have taken this spray and done a patch on occasion and I do like both :)

    I was just told by my doctor that I need to start taking a vitamin D supplement. I blame it on the fact that I work in a windowless office now haha.

      My father was told by the VA he should, too! I have worked in an office for YEARS and haven't been checked but wouldn't be shocked either. I also live in the snowbelt...sigh...
