    They are great products. I love them, I passed some on to my father and he enjoyed it immensely. I liked NuNatural products a few years ago. I think I even wrote about them on my website.

    So I liked NuNaturals too on facebook and now I am on a mission to eat cleaner, be more active and keep everything flowing properly.

    This is all due to my mother having cancer. I know that this could be hereditary. I need to make changes NOW. What other products do you recommend?

    Do you do the essential oils? I've been having a heck of a time with stress since mama's diagnosis. I'm considering cutting all red meat out of my diet as well.

      Ashley! Thanks for the additional comment! I give you a round of applause for taking extra steps to eating cleaner! Every bit counts! If there is anything I can do to help let me know! I truly believe having a shoulder to lean on makes things a bit easier! I'm so sorry to hear about your mom! I think we all have loved ones battling some really serious illnesses and I, too, try my best to avoid it (as well).

      I think each time you consume a whole food whether it be a fruit, nut, seed, veggie you are doing something good - each step is great - each day is a leap, too! Just keep on keepin' on!

      I will start doing more posts of products that I have been finding helpful and useful! If you want to go to the search (this blog) tab and type in Raw Food World you can see a bunch of my Happy Mail posts with a slew of neat products in those, too!

      I have tinkered with essential oils and hope to post more about them soon! I LOVE Peppermint, Lavender, Orange, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Chamomile, etc so far.
