This was one of the smoothies I did this week! It turned out yummy! I have 2 other posts today and they are below this one. This one will be short and sweet much like this smoothie!
4 Plums
1/2 Banana
1 Scoop GoL's Spiced Vanilla Chai
1 C Almond Milk
1 T Red Maca Cinnamon Almond Butter
1/2 Banana

1 C Almond Milk
1 T Red Maca Cinnamon Almond Butter
It was sweet and a little spicy. Creamy and a little fruity.
The smoothie sounds good and that's great you were able to put banana in it! They're such a superfood!

DeleteI meant to make some smoothies this past weekend but was distracted by my yummy herbal teas and kombucha ferments. When I do use them, I freeze my bananas and then add them to smoothies.
ReplyDeleteI have a slew of frozen bananas right now. I bought some because they were only 19 cents per pound and I bought them for my husband who loves them but he didn't eat them so I froze them instead. I hope to do a bunch of smoothies soon so stay tuned :) I just need a variety of other fruits and veggies to pair with them...I'm all out of berries and mango among others!
