A Simple Salad With A SUPER Dressing!

Yesterday was a pretty crazy day!  Actually...this whole week has been crazy!  Because it's been so NUTS I have been eating a lot of produce that I had on hand but haven't been able to replenish it. 

Last night I wanted something quick and easy but comforting and healthy!  I had some mixed greens with veggies on hand and just a little bit of these (vegan) Corn Chip Strips leftover so I decided to have a HUGE Salad...which turned into TWO huge salads but the end of the night!  You can see that I have a lot of color here, but more importantly there is a mysterious dressing in there, isn't there!?  Well, Mystery-No-More!  It's Foods Alive Super Dressing!  Mike's Special!  It's Savory Garlic and Paprika!  Oh My Goodness!  This is WONDERFUL!  At first I thought it was reminiscent of the seasoning on Dorito's Nacho Chips - of course it's been ages since I have had those and I won't be eating them again so it's good to know that this reminds me of that flavoring but on a much healthier level, right?  As you can see here I used it on my salad - after all it IS a Salad Dressing - but I can't wait to use it as flavoring on Kale Chips!!!  It bet it would be great!

When I told my husband I could actually SMELL the Paprika...he told me that "Paprika doesn't smell"...well, when you use quality and organic and FRESH and raw ingredients it DOES!  I am VERY pleased with this product not just because it tastes marvelous and the quality is amazing but because I have tried 'other' Flax Oils before and they are 'fine and dandy' but this really raises the bar, folks!  The other brand I used in the past was between 12 and 15 bucks on the local level.  THIS 'liquid gold' is just $10.99 on their site!  I can't wait to try more of their dressings...more of their products, really!  This is the 3rd product I have tried from Foods Alive and I have LOVED them all thus far!  PLUS...their customer service is top-notch!
