1 C Raw Pumpkin Seeds
2 T Pumpkin Oil
2 T Wildtree Absolutely Onion
1/4 C Parsley
1/4 C Cilantro (or Basil)
2 T Lemon Juice (or Lime)
Jalapeno Pepper Optional
Black Sea Salt to Taste
Water as Needed
All in a high speed blender. Traditionally speaking this is a drier, chunkier dip but you could thin it out with more liquid if you wish!
