Lately I have been doing a lot of foods like you see here. You know I LOVE my dips and spreads. I did a spin on a creative Guacamole and I made some Kale Chips with a bit of a kick that turned out pretty awesome. I hope to be sharing these recipes with The Raw Food World NEWS Site and the Recipe Section on there, too! For Smoothies lately I have created many. Two of them are shown here. I'm looking for some ideas! In comments let me know what kind of smoothie you would like me to try and throw together. Also what kind of Kale Chips you might have in mind, too!
Next week I will be having a week FULL of giveaways! One each day for 7 days starting MONDAY. Then I will have a HUGE Grand Prize so be sure to subscribe to this site AND my new YouTube channel! In other YouTube news I bought a new GoPro Camera and have been doing some crash courses on it. I hope to start using it for some videos soon!
Everything looks good. I'm currently sipping on a carrot, pineapple and ginger juice. I made it this morning. I added a few cloves of garlic too. However, you can't taste that at all.
ReplyDeleteI have to bust out my new juicer SOON I haven't been around as much to test it out yet! I will be focusing on a few different juices I hope :) Your juice sounds amazing! I will have to try that!
DeleteI just love your foods! I like to flavour my kale chips with yeast flakes, paprika, chilli, salt and sumac. As for smoothies, there's a few on our blog you might like; papaya and maca and avocado, spinach and mint are two. Juicy smoothies are great too. I sometimes make a fruit smoothie then add beetroot juice. Lately it's been quite hot here so we've been making fruit only smoothis from stuff like pineapple, lime and apple: sometimes we just tip the entire contents of the fruit bowl into the blender! Thanks for an inspiring post😊
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! Sumac, eh!? Interesting! I might have to try that! I will be doing more with beets and beetjuice soon :) I will also try the pineapple/lime/apple you mentioned! Thanks!
DeleteEverything looks great and you know I'm a fan of blender sauces and dressings too! :-) Maybe experiment with using raw turmeric in smoothies, I've been testing pairings with that lately and so far like it with frozen banana and ginger with some chai seasonings.
ReplyDeleteYup! We are two saucy girls! LOL I will be doing more with turmeric very soon! Great suggestion!
DeleteI always feel so good when I eat raw (or mostly raw!) but I've never been able to stick with it that long.
ReplyDeleteI go back and forth but I will say that with dropping dairy it seems a bit easier when traveling than I thought it would be :)
DeleteI have always enjoyed your healthy raw creations. I especially love your willingness to explore healthy new products and adapt them to your diet. I would love to see your variations on kale chips. There are so many ways to season them. Thanks for sharing this post with us on the Healthy Happy Green and Natural Party Blog Hop. I'm pinning and sharing.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the ongoing encouragement! I hope to do more with flavored kale chips soon!
