This salad from October 2006 Vegetarian Times Magazine gives classic veg ingredients an Asian flair. Bento refers to bento boxes, the containers with separate compartments used for take-along lunches in Japan.
I'm not very good with tofu and creating dishes with it...but I do like it when others prepare or create the dish...I often enjoy the meal! When I saw this recipe I was really thinking I might try it. I do really like spicy tofu! See the full recipe HERE from Vegetarian Times.
