CousCous Craziness!

By the time I got home each night last week I was 'spent'.  All I could ask myself was "What's quicker than Pasta?"  As you know Pasta's pretty FAST but I didn't even want to make that.  So I ended up doing CousCous TWICE last week.  One night I used the left over Chunk Tomato Marinara and mixed it together to create this first one.  It was pretty YUMMY if I do say so myself!

As for this 2nd CousCous Creation...here's what I did...
2 Garlic Cloves
1 T Grapeseed Oil
1 T Wildtree Dill Blend
3 T Lemon Juice
3 T Balsamic

Totally jam-packed with flavor and very filling!  I didn't eat the 'greatest' last week but I have to say I am quite proud of these two attempts!

  1. It looks great, I haven't eaten any coucous in a while. Finding the time to eat all the foods I like can take a lot of time. We eat a wide variety of foods in our household.

    1. I've been wanting to do more stirfries but I really need to get to the store! I also need to stock up on my beans again as well as fresh and frozen produce, of course. I didn't want to do that when I was going to be away from our house for that long as you can understand. There are a slew of things I have been wanting to try lately so I think I will make it a mini goal to try at least one or two of them this week once I get to the stores and stands!
